The Institute is on eleven forested acres just north of California's Wine Country.  The canopy of tall oak and pine trees keeps the air cool during the hottest summer days.  Deer abound, as do hares, frogs, turkeys and gray squirrels.  The serene silence is broken only by the rustling of leaves  in the breeze, the caroling of birds and the splashes and laughter in the pool.
